Here at fitness equipment king, we aim to bring you the right product at the right price every time.
We go above and beyond to source you the product you want.

A refund may be issued if:

- The product received is different to the product discribed online. Please note a 5 day claim period applies.

- The product has been damaged beyond repair to original condition at the time of delivery or installation.

- There have been reasonable attempts made to repair any fault in the product at the time of receipt and it is still faulty.

- There are significant delays in the Delivery time-frame of the product, this only applies prior to the product being accepted by the purchaser.

Please note that the above refers to payments made in full, payment deposits and interest free finance purchases.
If refunding an interest free purchase, a 15% processing fee will be deducted.

For a refund to be issued the product must be returned to the store, and re-boxed in a suitable way for transport.

 

A Refund will not be issued if:

- A customer Changes there mind after the order has been placed.

- A customer wants to downgrade the product after the order has been placed.

- The product is faulty or damaged, but there is a technician booked in to fix the product onsite.

- The product was accepted and in working order or new condition but was damaged or worn after being accepted.

- An item is received later than expected or agreed upon due to shipping delays or unforseen circumstances regarding the logistics or the product.

WARRANTY

- All product warranties are as per the manufacturers specifications.

- Labour may or may not be included in the warranty.

- Flooring products, Lifting Chalk & Boxing equipment do not contain a wear and tear warranty due to the general wear and tear associated with these products.
If any of these products are accepted and paid for in full, and no complaint is lodged within 5 days of the product being received, no warranty applies.

- Warranty claims must allow for a reasonable time period for repair prior to replacement. A waiting period for repair or replacement parts may apply.
